What does the audit include?
1) Usability Lab Test
At the heart of our Audit is a Usability Lab Test with between 6 and 12 users. Lab-based user testing is a ‘qualitative’ research method, used to gauge how easy and intuitive a product is to
use and to determine what your users actually do, rather than what they say they do.
2) Competitor Usability Benchmarking
The second component of our audit is to undertake Competitor Usability Benchmarking. This benchmarking exercise will give you an understanding of your competitors’
UX successes and failures and we’ll provide you with a benchmark score that details the key areas for improvement.
3) Mortgage Digital Experience Report & Videos
The end output of the audit is a Digital Usability Report, detailing the findings of the research and recommendations for improvements for your digital experience. It also includes the video files from the lab test which, together with the report, can often be an invaluable piece of content for sharing with internal stakeholders, and building momentum for change.
Finally, we also include a complimentary copy of Dock9's Mortgage Digital Transformation Playbook (normally
worth £199) as part of the audit project.
