Les Mills Insurance platform launches, built by Dock9

Les Mills is one of the world's largest providers of group fitness and team training programmes, distributing to health clubs through 100,000 certified instructors. Les Mills UK, in association with InEvexco, launched Les Mills Insurance, offering two insurance products designed specifically for self-employed fitness instructors and personal trainers based in the UK.

Dock9 implemented a full-cycle, self-service online insurance platform for Les Mills Insurance. Customers can obtain an instant quote and purchase directly on the website, with policy documentation available instantly after payment.

Policyholders can manage their policy through a secure self-service "My Policy" portal, including making Mid-Term Adjustments (and receiving instant quotes for any additional premium that may be required). Les Mills Insurance staff have access to full back office suite that includes client, quote and policy management. This includes facilities for underwriting quotation referrals and processing renewals.
