AgileInsurance

Recent years have seen a rapid change in the insurance sector. A wave of startups has started to challenge incumbent insurers and brokers, who need to adapt their ways of working to compete and keep their dominant positions.

Agile is a methodology that has shown great results in the insurance sector, with lean "Instech" startups, in particular, embracing cutting-edge processes to deliver disruptive products.

Should incumbent insurers be doing the same? And if so, how?

We invite you to join us for an exclusive evening where we will introduce you to the concept of ‘Agile Insurance.' You'll hear from senior practitioners with real-life experience implementing or starting to implement, Agile at major insurers. They'll share the challenges faced, as well as the lessons learned.

When: Wednesday 14th November 2018
Where: Brand Exchange, 3 Birchin Lane, London EC3V 9BW
