Protect Your Bubble

Re-developing platforms to improve customer experience

Protect Your Bubble is a leading gadget insurer, insuring more than one million customers in the UK, US and Ireland since 2008.

Dock9 has been tasked with redeveloping the company’s website and delivering continual experience improvements to its customers on a retained basis.

The partnership will see Dock9, which has extensive experience in building cutting edge and user centric websites, basing the build on the Sitefinity CMS platform. The construction of the site will include full system integration for the entire customer journey – from receiving a quote to purchasing an insurance plan.

Once the project is complete, Dock9 will continue to support Protect Your Bubble to implement ongoing technical features and deliver ongoing updates that will continually deliver the best experience for its customers.
