Protect Your Bubble

Delivering exceptional insurance user experience

Protect Your Bubble is a leading gadget insurer, insuring more than one million customers in the UK, US and Ireland since 2008. Dock9 developed the Protect Your Bubble UK website on Sitefinity CMS Enterprise, giving business users ultimate control of content as well as access to advanced marketing features such as Content Personalisation and Predictive Analytics.

Protect Your Bubble offer insurance that fits with modern life. Their fresh and simple approach to insurance resonates with the way Dock9 believes the industry should be run. We were delighted to be able to help them build a state-of-the-art digital offering, providing a clean, smooth and easy to use journey.

Systems Integration

Dock9 developed the entire customer journey, from landing pages right through to the transactional quote and buy processes for all products. Achieving this was technically challenging and required integrating with multiple external systems and an internal middleware layer sitting in front of core policy record systems.

Security and performance at scale were critical and the project followed our rigorous security and load impact testing processes.

Continual Improvement

In an age of 'fintech' and rapid evolution of user experience best practice, Dock9 has been tasked with delivering continual experience improvements to its customers on a retained basis.

This means we can ensure their platforms stay fresh, and keep up with the latest trends and technologies to ensure their customers are provided with the best possible experience in what is an incredibly competitive market.
